&lt;p&gt;1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (about 3-4 oranges)&lt;br/&gt; 1 small fresh peach&lt;br/&gt; 1/2 fresh nectarine&lt;br/&gt; 1 cup frozen banana&lt;br/&gt; 1 tsp apple cider vinegar&lt;br/&gt; 2 tsp maple syrup&lt;br/&gt; 1/4 cup ice&lt;br/&gt; optional: 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (soy)&lt;/p&gt;
